Refund Policy

How to request a refund

The fastest route is to open the View receipt link in the receipt email sent by Paddle and choose the refund option. You can also follow Paddle.com's Refund Policy to submit a request, or email oingift@gmail.com if you need help identifying your order.

For a request made within 14 days, you do not need to provide a reason, prove usage, or meet any other condition. We do not deduct processing or currency-conversion fees.

Who processes the refund

Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record and contractual seller for each purchase, so Paddle executes all transaction refunds; the applicable Paddle legal entity is identified at checkout and on the receipt. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method where possible. Paddle processes an approved refund within 14 days; your bank may need additional time to display it.

Paddle's Refund Policy and Buyer Terms also apply. If they or mandatory law give you greater rights than this policy, the highest level of protection applies.

After 14 days

After the guarantee period, we still honor refunds required by law, duplicate charges, complete non-delivery, and all rights relating to a product that is not as described, faulty, or not fit for purpose. You may choose to let us fix a problem at no charge first, but this does not limit a mandatory right or a valid refund claim.

After a refund

A full refund ends your license to the game. We deactivate the private game link and any download access; you must delete downloaded copies and stop using the game. You can also ask us to delete the order content; see the Privacy Policy for details.

Cancel before payment

Submitting the order form is free and does not commit you to buying. If you have not paid yet, simply do not use the Paddle checkout link or email oingift@gmail.com to close the unpaid order.
