A joke gift with a real one underneath works well.
If you want to give it today
A gift with no date attached says more than one on a deadline. Gift cards, flowers and a personalized game are quick to arrange, and an oin game is usually emailed within an hour of payment.
There is no deadline, which lets you order things that take a week to arrive. Pair a quick digital gift with something that needs shipping.

A poster or wall scroll, a manga box set or an art book. For a personal touch, add a personalized pixel game with friendly roast NPCs.
What is a unique gift for my brother that is not just another object?
A playable gift: a small game where he is the hero, with a letter from you at the start and a closing one at the end. It gives him a memory instead of another object. A game with pixel characters of the two of you is a natural fit.
