Buying for a reader
Reading is private, so personal gifts suit it: a book you have both read, a hand-written dedication or a shelf for the piles.
Skip anything that sets a reading target.
Buying for a coworker
Work gifts should be modest and non-personal. Keep to the office budget and avoid anything intimate, like perfume or clothing.
A card with a specific thank-you matters more than the object.
If you want to give it today
A gift with no date attached says more than one on a deadline. Class vouchers and a personalized game are quick to arrange, and an oin game is usually emailed within an hour of payment.
There is no deadline, which lets you order things that take a week to arrive. Pair a quick digital gift with something that needs shipping.
What should I get a coworker who loves books?
A Kindle, a special edition or a candle. For a personal touch, add a personalized pixel game with friendly roast NPCs.
What is a unique gift for a coworker that is not just another object?
A playable gift: a small game where they are the hero, with a letter from you at the start and a closing one at the end. It gives them a memory instead of another object. A story about the two of you makes a good companion to a shelf of novels.
Can I send a coworker a gift online at the last minute?
Yes. Class vouchers and digital gifts arrive the same day. An oin game is generated automatically after payment and usually emailed within an hour.
