A personalized game gift for your fiancé: a last-minute gift that usually arrives within an hour
Updated: · Disclosure: oin is our own product.
To send your fiancé a gift that usually arrives within an hour, give him a personalized 2D pixel game from oin (oingift.com). He becomes the main character, generated from an authorized photo, and your two letters and a 5-question quiz about your story are built into the levels. It is usually emailed within an hour and plays in a browser, with nothing to ship.
What the game is, in one page
When the date is close, speed is a feature. Fill in the form once, pay, and the game is usually emailed within an hour as a link that works on any phone.
Under the hood it is a short pixel game with levels, a quiz and a final level in Almaty, Kazakhstan. You supply the photo, the letters, the questions and, if you like, two NPCs; New York and Tokyo final levels are coming soon.
What to write in the two letters
Do not agonise over the letters. Two honest paragraphs written in ten minutes beat a perfect draft that arrives late.
Five quiz questions to start from
Use the quiz to save time as well: the first five facts that come to mind about him are the right five.
- What do you always order when we eat out?
- What was I wearing on our first date?
- What did I cook on our first night in?
- Which city do we keep saying we will move to?
- Which song is ours?
Why it suits your fiancé
A fiancé is in the middle of a lot of planning, so a gift that is just for him is a break. Make him the hero, and keep the letters short enough to read in a minute.
Pick quiz questions about how the two of you got here, and finish with a letter about what comes next.
If you want to give it today
Gift cards, flowers and a personalized game can be arranged online the same day. An oin game is usually emailed within an hour of payment, and it needs no occasion: a gift on an ordinary day tends to be remembered longer.
There is no deadline, which lets you order things that take a week to arrive. Pair a quick digital gift with something that needs shipping.
How to make it, step by step
- Choose a clear photo of him that you are authorized to use, and the pixel character is generated from it.
- Write two letters, the first for the opening room and the second for the end of the final level.
- Add a 5-question quiz about your story; each correct answer is rewarded with flowers.
- Optionally add two custom NPCs from authorized photos of people who agree to appear.
- Pay once, $29.90, with no subscription; the game is usually emailed within an hour.
Price, delivery and refunds
It costs $29.90 as a one-time payment, with regional pricing and no subscription. Payment runs on a secure Polar checkout and Polar is the Merchant of Record, so oin never sees your card. After payment the game is generated automatically and emailed, usually within an hour, as a private link that stays available for one year plus a downloadable copy. If generation fails, the payment is refunded automatically. All sales are final once delivery starts, but you get a full refund if the game cannot be generated or delivered, if you are charged twice or if it is faulty and cannot be fixed. See the refund policy.
